Otaku Aniverse had the opportunity to attend KimiKon at the Enercare Centre that took place from October 19-21, 2018 in Toronto, Canada. For their first year, KimiKon featured many honored guests including professional artists: Sakimaki-chan, Jinky Coronado, Alvin Lee, Ben Lo, Natali Sanders and Jinky Coronado. On the cosplay scene, professional cosplayers Hendo, Vera Bambi, Joanie Brosas, Hana Bunny, Sayori Chu, and the Wanpans were all present at the convention. The hallway of the Enercare Centre proved to be a popular location for attendees and cosplayers to be a part of a professional shoot with various photographers.
