At Anime North 2016, I had the opportunity to speak with Steve Pettit, senior staff member at Gallery Momiji about the wide selection of artwork to grace this year's convention at the Toronto Congress Centre. Among the newest additions is the exclusive 18+ section and the inclusion of the shojo anime poster exhibition presented by the Consulate-General of Japan and the Japan Foundation in Toronto.

On display were various Japanese relics and items such as clothing, tools and kimonos reminiscent of the Meiji-era and Edo period of Japan. They are a sight to behold and a fascinating part of Japanese history.

Highlights of Gallery Momiji can be found below. Featured artists that have contributed their artwork include Shilin Huang, Brayan Navasero, Atra Parvulus, Meryn Mercer and many more.
