Question: Why is Otaku Aniverse reviewing hentai?
Answer: Because we can!
This anime starts of with a flashback of Yumi and
Taketo when they were young. I would assume it was during the days
back when they were in high school because of Yumi's school
uniform. Taketo was trying to get into Yumi's panties but she
would not let him because he was not man enough yet to take her.
Unfortunately Yumi was hired by Taketo's father, Mr. Nogawa, to be
his private secretary (we all know what this means ^_^) in his
company. Taketo was mad and wanted to get revenge for his father
because his father had his way with her first instead of him.
Taketo just wanted to be recognized and be better at what his
father does best, and that is girls. Especially if they are girls
who have not lost their virginity.
Years later Taketo and Yumi blackmailed Yukie and
her two daughters, Tomoko and Rumi, in an auto accident for which
Yukie is responsible for. Since Yukie could not pay for the
damages, Taketo does Yukie, takes pictures of her, and threatens
to spread it over the internet. Surprisingly Mr. Nogawa is doing
the same thing to Yukie's daughters. Will Taketo ever be better at
his father at what he is doing? Will Yumi accept Taketo as a man?
This anime has a very twisted ending for which you will have to
see for yourselves.
I know what you are all thinking, this has a very
complicated and screwed up storyline and I totally agree. This
hentai has a very bad plot, but I have to say I was amazed when I
was watching this. This has to be like one of the best hentai I
ever watched, not that I watch that many to start with. It shows
many details during the scenes, maybe too many details... for even
those that are interested in this. All right, I am going to stop
with the descriptions here, you get the picture.
The video on these discs was great, absolutely no
glitches what so ever. This is good, because we do not need to
have marcoblocks mess up the scenes. Surprisingly the graphics are
done pretty well for a hentai. They must have had a huge budget
when making this. Maybe that is why it was so detailed. You can
still tell it is a hentai when you watch this by the way they draw
the girls of course. If it wasn’t for that, one might mistaken
this for an OVA… until the sex starts.
The sound for the most part seemed great, no skips
and interludes here, my only issue is that it was done in 2.0 for
both audio tracks. A 5.1 would have been... amusing. Other than
that, everything comes out nice and clear. Too bad the music was
crap. I hated the music. I love the ending song for the last
episode, because if I am not mistaken it was sung by one of my
favourite voice actresses known as Asakawa Yuu. I think she also
played the voice of Rumi in this anime. (Can anyone confirm this?)
She also was featured in some other animes like Vandread (Jura),
Love Hina (Motoko), and Bubblegum Crisis 2040 (Priss). Imagine,
finding one of the famous voice actors in a hentai. It was very
interesting hearing her voice making those kinds of sounds; do not
ask what sounds because we all know what kind of sounds.
The extras seem pretty “meh” here. Just the voice
actor photo galleries and an image galley for the episodes. The
menus on the other hand look quite nice, providing easy access to
what you need. All while looking nicely animated and loading fast.
Overall, this hentai is full of surprises, more so
on the story front than the technical. I am not going to recommend
that you watch it, but watch it if you have absolutely nothing to
do or is looking to see one of Nu Tech’s better DVD releases. |
