Brigadoon |
 |
 |
Description: Brigadoon originally aired as a 26-episode series
on the Japanese satellite TV service WOWOW in 1999. This
highly-acclaimed, hyper-comedic sci-fi show features stunning
animation from one of Japan's top production studios, Sunrise
(creators of such Cartoon Network hits as Gundam Wing, Cowboy
Bebop and Outlaw Star).
Brigadoon is the story of a hysterically imaginative orphan girl,
Marin, who's suddenly befriended by an alien robot protector,
Melan. The series' unique blend of wacky familial humor and
cutting-edge, cyborg-infested battle sequences make for a decidely
different and refreshing anime experience.# Of Episodes: 26
