KOEI TECMO America today released new art and screenshots for the turn-based 7 dimension Sci-fi RPG AR NOSURGE: ODE TO AN UNBORN STAR, scheduled to launch in North America on September 23, 2014 for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. The new imagery focuses on the unique battle and character development system, in which players greatly benefit from the relationships formed with others.
Relationships are key in AR NOSURGE: ODE TO AN UNBORN STAR Genometrics represent the character's inner self, or the world within their minds. By exploring the inner psyche of characters, bonds are strengthened as secrets are revealed, unlocking new Song Magic.
Earthes and Delta earn Dive Points through battles and use them to delve into the cerebral worlds deep inside Ion and Castys psyches to resolve the conflicts within them. In addition to new Song Magic, Genomtrica Crystals, a crystalized form of strong emotions and character thoughts, can also be earned.

Ar Nosurge is a Sci-fi, 7 Dimension RPG, that takes place in a world where music and song can create magic. It tells the compelling story of a civilization that lost their planet and has been roaming the edge of space for 2000 years in search of a new home.
In AR NOSURGE: ODE TO AN UNBORN STAR, the player follows two sets of characters: Delta and Casty, whose goal is to protect humanity and save the world, and Ion & Earthes, who are trying to find Ion a way home to Earth. The player can interchange between both pairs and soon discover a way to combine their storylines and strengths to eventually solve the mystery that shrouds their ongoing struggle.
AR NOSURGE: ODE TO AN UNBORN STAR is developed by Gust and published in North America by Koei Tecmo America. AR NOSURGE: ODE TO AN UNBORN STAR will launch for the PlayStation 3 in North America on September 23, 2014 and will be available for $49.99 at participating retailers and through the PlayStation Store. Pre-order incentives are exclusive to those ordering through GameStop, prior to September 23, 2014. This title has not yet been rated by the ESRB.
